This is a Duratrax DTXC2300 Connector (2 Pair). Features:
Low resistant connectors consisting of lightweight polycarbonate housings and springs loaded silver plated contacts. Contact resistance is 3 times less than Dean’s pin and 5 times less than Tamiya plug connectors.
Super-Cons self cleaning spring loaded design gives a positive, low resistance connection which results in increased performance and longer run time.
Electronic speed controls will also operate cooler and last longer.
Modular housing are impossible to install backwards, thus eliminating the possibility of reversing polarity.
